Adelia relies on expertise, Italian tradition and passion to bring you the most satisfying coffee experience possible.

Adelia creates coffee blends through the process known as the "art of coffee making". In other words, because coffee making is not an exact science, our coffee makers must always combine their skills and knowledge to maintain a consistent, yet evolving product.  From changing climate conditions in coffee growing countries, to storage and transport, many variable factors will influence the way each new batch of coffee beans is handled.

Moreover, the "art" of, not the "exact science of" coffee making, implies a continuous quest for that perfect cup of coffee. This quest is never-ending for our coffee makers because they know that in coffee making, just like in any other art, there will always be room for improvements.

Anywhere, Anytime

Whether you're at home with your family, meeting with your friends and colleagues or having a quiet moment alone, our coffee blends will undoubtedly add to your enjoyment.

The Traditional Process

Adelia uses the traditional Italian small-batch roasting method. This means that only 150 lbs. of coffee beans are roasted at a time, as opposed to the 1,000-lb. quantities of other coffee roasters. This method allows for better control of important variables such as temperature, roasting time, heating rate, ventilation and cooling time. The end result is a superior quality product as well as consistency in taste, body and aroma for every cup of Adelia coffee served.
