1.
Fill pitcher 1/3 full with cold milk.
2.
Open steam wand
– full twist to release any water out of
steam wand – then close.
3.
Immerse steam
wand just below the surface of milk,
approximately ¼ inch.
4.
Open steam wand.
5.
Lower pitcher until tip of wand breaks the surface of the
milk.
6.
Listen for little air-sucking sound as milk froths, lower
pitcher slowly as milk expands keep wand
¼ inch below surface.
7.
Allow milk to churn and blend to form a thick smooth froth.
8.
Close steam knob off when temperature reaches 140 degrees.
9.
Immediately wipe steam wand clean with moist cloth.
